Our menu changes seasonally to reflect the freshest local ingredients. Below is a sample of our offerings:

Breakfast (7:00 AM – 11:00 AM)

  • Khmer Breakfast Bowl – Rice porridge with ginger, lemongrass, and your choice of chicken or mushrooms
  • Tropical Fruit Platter – Selection of seasonal Cambodian fruits with honey-lime dressing
  • Morning Glory Omelette – Farm eggs with water spinach and local herbs
  • Banana Blossom Pancakes – Served with palm sugar syrup and fresh coconut

Lunch (11:30 AM – 3:00 PM)

  • Fish Amok – Cambodia’s national dish: fish curry steamed in banana leaf
  • Green Mango Salad – With dried shrimp, peanuts, and chili-lime dressing
  • Bamboo Shoot Soup – Clear broth with local vegetables and herbs
  • Kampot Pepper Crab – Stir-fried with famous Kampot black pepper

Dinner (5:30 PM – 10:00 PM)

  • Royal Khmer Platter – A sampling of dishes once served to Cambodian royalty
  • Grilled Kampong Chicken – Marinated in lemongrass and garlic
  • Prahok Ktiss – Traditional pork belly dip with rice and fresh vegetables
  • Vegetable Curry – Seasonal vegetables in coconut curry sauce
